ABOUT US
Located in the heart of Chippendale, Paripé is a casual and funky style venue focused in Spanish products. Our aim is to bring you the Spanish culture here, to make you feel like at home and the most important, to enjoy and have fun with us. We are two dreamers Spanish people who wanted to focus in the most traditional and typical flavours from different points of our country. Here you can experience the same than a tapas bar from Spain with your family and friends having some tapas, pinchos and other amazing products such a Iberico, cheeses or tins. Come and visit us in our little home to try the Spanish flavour.

PABLO & MARIA
The Dream Team
Pablo & Maria are two entrepreneurs who migrated from Spain to Australia in order to fulfill their dream. Both have worked for years in the different hospitality fronts. With very little English in their early days, the tenacity, determination, and courage of these two entrepreneurs led them to managerial and supervisory positions in almost every place where they worked. With experience as a manager for the Real Cafe Bernabeu for the Real Madrid Football Club where Maria and Pablo met, and then in some of the most important and popular venues in Sydney with much gratitude in their heart, they left everything behind and decided to stop working for someone else's dreams and today they see their biggest dream come true and with their own name, PARIPÉ.
